Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close payroll, fintech, and creator partnerships.
- Own the partnership pipeline from first call to signed agreement.
- Work with engineering on API and SSO integrations.
- Define partner economics and measure activation.
- Represent Cushion in the market with credibility and clarity.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships or business development.
- Existing relationships in payroll, fintech, or insurance preferred.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Comfort navigating legal and compliance conversations.
- US-based.
